less than 1/3 of mee kuay teow goreng that i bought for my kids.
1 bread + tuna (because i'm still a little hungry at about 8pm.)
Next morning weigh in:
I gained 200gm back from the 500gm i lose....boohoo!

Day 1
Breakfast (9.30am)
I cup of low fat coffee(capparoma brand)
1 boiled egg
1 tiny mini chocolate which only has 30 calories(can't help it...blaming my kids since the mini chocolate are theirs)
Lunch (1.30pm)
1 bread and tuna sandwich
1 can of green tea
Snack (4pm)
1/2 cup vanilla ice-cream
1 medium apple (5pm)
Dinner
1pc chicken coated in curry gravy which barely there.
1 bread
Snack
1 tomato ( i love raw tomatoes as snacks)
I weigh myself the next morning and i've lost 500gm! Weeee....

Just need to lose 1kg....
I've been trying to lose at least 1kg for few months already and i keep putting it off.....so i decided to put my foot down and need to be strict on my 3 day diet. Since today Dh will be in morning shift these 2 days and afternoon shift the next...which means i can concentrate fully on my diet. So far these 2 months...i've been exercising well and i feel great about it....and i know that exercise alone doesn't really make me lose weight unless i do a vigorous one which i don't .....but exercise daily do really make me feel good ...and I FEEL GOOD! nananana.....(doing the song)hehe...
Last month, Dh bought elliptical machine(also called known a cross trainer) for us to keep fit and he himself had lost 4-5kg in 2 months. I hope he keep his determination to lose another 3 more kg that he had targeted for himself. At first i wanted a treadmill but most treadmills price that within our budget can't carry Dh's weight and he thought he would just buy it for me but i wanted something that we both would enjoyed so the sales guy recommended elliptical machine which he said it's better than a treadmill because elliptical machine make you workout your whole body which equivalent to aerobics workout. And i think we made a right decision to buy it because we love it!
Dh and i also have been jogging at the Stadium at least 1-2 days a week and yesterday he slow jogged 10 full rounds...BRAVO!
Back to my 3 day diet....sooooo i will update my food intake and exercise routine to keep me in check and determined.
