a little of mayo and chili sauce
Lunch
1 bread
curry chicken
Snack 4pm
1 chocolate conetto
Dinner 5.30pm
less than 1/3 of mee kuay teow goreng that i bought for my kids.
1 bread + tuna (because i'm still a little hungry at about 8pm.)
Next morning weigh in:
I gained 200gm back from the 500gm i lose....boohoo!
