Day 2 of Dieting

I only lost 100gm when i weighed this morning...Feeling a little disappointed but serves me right for cheating a little. I ate a bread with thin layer of butter and a tiny weeny packet of crackers for supper 1hr before i went to bed. And another contributing factor would be that i didn't sleep well last night..kept tossing and turning. And anyone should know that to lose weight, we need to have ample sleep, do exercise and stay away from stress. And lack of sleep slows down the basal metabolism rate.

The bright side is at least i still lost something rather than nothing or worse...gaining back...I tried not to be hard on myself cause it will backfire in the long run.

So this is the summary of what i ate yesterday. As usual i changed the menu here and there to fit what i like and can't compromise with anything which is COFFEE!

Morning:
1 low fat coffee
1 slice toast
1 boiled egg

Lunch:
5 plain crackers
1 cup tuna
1 tea with equal

Dinner:
2 hot dogs
1 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice-cream
1 tea with equal

And as written above i took supper before i went to bed which i suppose not to but Whatever lah...
