Try it and it works!!( Day 1)

i have my own diet menus which so far works for me everytime i put on a little weight around the holiday seasons, hari raya or even from attending many birthday parties or outings so there are always reasons to why my weight has been a yoyo one.
But i have to admit that my diet plan was a boring one till i found this new one. Actually i heard about this 3 day diet plan from a youtuber who called herself pinkmacprincess and she has lost tons of weight..I also know that rzyan had post the same diet plan on Facebook about this website: http://quickweightloss.chokyi.com/Fast-Weight-Loss-Diet.php
The interesting part is that you can indulge vanilla ice-cream everyday. Interested anyone??

So yesterday i tried it and i lost 600gm today....woohoo!!
Only one thing ...i didn't follow everything blindly....i think it would be better though.

So this was what i ate yesterday:

Morning:
1 low fat coffee
1 slice toast+ 1 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch:
Since i was at Banquet causeway pt with hubby i ordered
I bowl of yongtaohu with 6 non-fried stuffs and 1 veg with soup without any rice or noodles.
1 can of green tea
Actually the menu calls for 1/2 cup tuna+ 1 slice toast and 1 tea or black coffee with equal sugar.

Snack at 4-5pm
1 medium apple
1 cup vanila ice-cream (i bought the NESTLE one with blue tub cause it had the lesser calories and fat compared to others)

Dinner
3oz of lean meat (i ate chicken meat only that i cooked in soup(sup Ayam) for my family
1 cup carrots which available in my sup ayam..hehe(ok ok i admit i didn't eat the whole cup of carrots...only maybe 1/2 or 1/4 cup)
1 tea with equal sugar (but i drank my low fat coffee because yesterday night was so cold...)


Today i'm on my 2 day diet and let's see how much i'll lose again tomorrow morning..
The beauty of this diet plan is that i can eat whatever i want on the 4th day..(hahaha evil grin)
but of course i still need to stick to the correct portion..it's all about moderation.
